Meet Morgan
 
Morgan G. Dowd is a graduate of Rutgers University, Cook College. His degree is in Environmental Planning and Design – Landscape Architecture. He was inducted into Sigma Lambda Alpha, the Landscape Architect Student Honor Society. As part of his university curriculum, he spent a summer in Germany touring parks, formal gardens, estates, and historic sites studying garden design.
 
 
In addition to his degree, Morgan was awarded a Certificate in Historic Preservation. This has been an interest of his since 2002, when, as Charles Edison Grant recipient, he trained at the Edison National Historic Site in West Orange as a Curatorial Intern. There he learned about handling and restoration of historic objects, and the maintenance of the historic landscapes at Llewellyn Park.
 
 
Morgan also worked as a Curatorial Intern for the Passaic County Historic Society’s Lambert Castle Museum in Paterson where he arranged Period Rooms for historic accuracy, and assembled exhibits.
